Nothing Phone 3a Lite India Launch Set for Nov 27: Price & Specs Revealed

Nothing Technology has announced the launch of the Nothing Phone 3a Lite in India on November 27, which would be a closed-circuit premiere. The device would be available for purchase not only on Flipkart but also in retail stores across the country. This announcement is an afterthought of the model's global launch, which has already been a part of a few other international markets.

The Indian variant is likely to be identical to the global version in terms of design and color. As per the company’s shared teasers, the smartphone would be available in Black and White colors. Nothing has taken the new device as their premier Phone 3a series offering in India, hence its slogan—“the 3a series has just got richer.” So it is not only the Hardware, but also the things you'd expect to get involved in display that Nothing has targeted in the mid-range smartphone segment.

The October 29 global launch revealed the availability of two versions, bellow the price of the base model with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage was around €249 (approx. Rs 25,600), while the higher variant with 256GB storage was priced at €279 (approx. Rs 28,700).

The Nothing Phone 3a Lite comes with a 6.77-inch Flexible AMOLED display feature and it also has Full-HD+ resolution (1,080×2,392 pixels). The display gives the user a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, with an HDR peak brightness of 3,000 nits, a pixel density of 387ppi, and 1,000Hz touch sampling, hence the display is capable of flawless visuals and instant touch interactions.

The processor inside the phone is non-other than MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro, which is an octa-core processor manufactured using the 4nm process. The phone has 8GB RAM. There is a choice of 128GB or 256GB of internal storage and a MicroSD card slot that supports up to 2TB for storage expansion.

The photography of the Phone 3a Lite is controlled by a triple-camera system that is installed on the back of the phone. The main camera has a resolution of 50MP (f/1.88) and it comes with an 8MP ultrawide camera (f/2.2) next to it. The 16MP front camera (f/2.45) is located in a hole-punch cutout of the display for taking selfies and making video calls.

The phone comes with a 5,000mAh battery, and it can be charged quickly through the 33W wired fast charging feature. Furthermore, it provides 5W reverse charging, which includes the option to charge other devices using the phone. The refreshing Glyph Light notification system has been integrated into the back of the phone, which is a continuation of the company’s style of designing.

The Phone 3a Lite will be available in India on November 27, and pre-orders are probably going to be available soon through Flipkart. It is very likely that the price will be in the same range as the global pricing, but the India-specific pricing will be announced at the time of the launch.
